Automated pay requires your own BILL account
To use this feature, contractor pay and reimbursements must be processed through BILL. BILL charges apply separately, and familiarity with BILL is encouraged before connecting. Palaterra connects your account through an API integration that requires agency-specific setup. Banking and payment details go directly to BILL and are not stored in Palaterra. Reports separate contractor pay from reimbursements.
How events count
Events count in the month of their scheduled date, whether or not they’ve been uploaded or completed. Only deprecated events are excluded.
